William Floyd Angel, 56, of Florence passed away on September 2, 2015. He was a member of Wesley Chapel United Methodist Church and a member of TVA Engineers Association and TVA Retirement Group. He was also an avid fan of Alabama football and the St. Louis Cardinals.
Visitation will be on Friday, September 4, from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. at Greenview Funeral Home. The funeral service will begin at 1:00 p.m. in Greenview Memorial Chapel with Jerry Hastings and Wade Franks officiating. Burial will follow in Wesley Chapel Cemetery.
Mr. Angel was preceded in death by his father, Billy Angel; grandparents, George and Mattie Stamps and Floyd and Clura Angel; best little buddies ever, cousin, Brandon Heath Angel; one of a kind nephew, Christopher Lane Williamson.
Survivors include his wife, Susan Young Angel; mother, Margaret Angel; daughter, Jessica Laine Holland (John); sons, William Andrew Angel (Mary Beth) and Logan Tyrel Angel; sister, Kay Angel Danley (Ricky) father and mother-in -law, A.D. and Mary K. Young; Papa’s greatest treasure, the love of his life, his grandchildren, Elizabeth Laine Holland and Everett Trice Holland, Colton Andrew Angel and soon to arrive, Cason Eli Angel; numerous family and friends.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to the Wesley Chapel United Methodist Church.
