My deepest sympathy is extended to the family of Milton Underwood, a long-time friend and wonderful man. Milt was one of the first individuals I met in the cable TV industry, and has ever since been my good friend. He was one of the first inductees into the Tower Club of which I was a co-founder. May Milt rest in peace.
