Roy Roland Angel, 80 of Florence, AL passed away Friday, March 27, 2015. He was a native of Lauderdale Co, was a member of Wesley’s Chapel United Methodist Church. He retired from Reynolds Metals.
Visitation will be held Monday, March 30, 2015 from 11-1:00 p.m. at Greenview Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 1:00 p.m. in Greenview Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Jerry Hastings officiating. Burial will follow in Wesley’s Chapel Cemetery
He was preceded in death by his wife, Bobbie Sue Angel; son, Roger Angel; and parents, Robert and Bertha Angel
Survivors include his son, Eric Angel (Lisa) of Florence; brothers, Ray Angel( Carolyn) and Kenneth Angel (Mary) both of Florence, sisters, Pearline Creasy (Charlie), Connie Brown (Joel) both of Florence and Wanda Smith (Kenny) of Leighton; grandchildren, Leah Smith (Brent), Elyse, Tyler and Carson Angel; great-granddaughter, Kinsley Smith.
Pallbearers will be Michael Angel, Mark Angel, Terry Gist, David Gist, Allen Gist and Brent Smith. Honorary pallbearers will be Charlie Creasy, Gary Creasy, Charles Angel, Don Gist and Aaron Wright.
