I just found out about your precious Mom. I have so many fond memories of her. I have never been around such love she had for her family !!! It was so special. I will always cherish my childhood growing up on Decatur Avenue and being at the Floyd house! love to Pam, Debbie , and Joe at this time. Martha

When I was born in Birmingham in 1954 I was surrounded by my family and the Floyds. Facebook pictures show just how sweet the little kids looked. Years later in Florence our families watched Bama football together. Later, in high school the Cox's drove to Bradshaw and Floyds drove to Coffee. Dr. Gyp Floyd delivered our first son.
I don't know how to properly express how we love the Floyds. Audrey was lovable
and loved. She will be missed.

Dear Debbie, Pam and Joe. We just wanted to express our sympathy to you. I remember your mom as a lovely, kind and wise woman. I still remember her telling us that she could "smell snow" coming. That could of been her way of encouraging a butch of kids who wanted to see snow, but I'm thankful to have known her, even for a short time. The Lord bless you all, mark
