Obituary
Sandra Gail Pruitt, 72, of Florence passed away on May 13, 2023 at her residence after an extended illness. She was a retired educator and member of Rogers Chapel Church.
A visitation will be Wednesday, May 17, 2023 from 11:00-2:00 p.m. at Rogers Chapel Methodist Church. A funeral will follow in the church with Ralph Mann officiating.
Mrs. Pruitt was preceded in death by her son, Justin Pruitt; parents, Gertie and Orbert Givens; and brother, E.W. Givens.
She is survived by her husband, Steven Lowell Pruitt; daughter, Stephanie Gail Smith (Steven); sisters, Margaret Olive and Lavern Hall; and grandchildren, Steven Lane and Landon Barrett Smith.
Pallbearers will be Bradley Hipps, Russ White, Shannon Erwin, Mike Hipps, Randall Wear, and Chris Patterson.
