Robert Grady Oliver, Sr.

Robert Grady Oliver, Sr., 56, of Florence, passed away Sunday, August 4, 2024, at his home.  He was a member of Lee Heights Baptist Church. Robert had formerly worked at Heritage Automotive, Lawrenceburg, TN.

A memorial service will be planned for a later date.

Robert was preceded in death by his father, Grady Oliver; mother, Martha Alice Oliver; sister, Charlotte Ann Pickens; and nephew, Christopher Pickens.

He is survived by his wife, Katherine Salter Oliver; son, Robert G. Oliver, Jr., stepson, Nathan Reed; step-daughter, Christina Perry (Neal); brothers, Barry Oliver (Greta) and Greg Oliver (Johanne); sister, Donna Hanback (Earl), nephew, Richard Hanback; sister, Patricia Barnett (Charlie); nephew, Aaron Oliver; great nephews, Cayden Oliver and Keagan Oliver; niece, Amber McGivney; great-nephews, Brayden McGivney and Briley Steele; niece, Leann Lovelace; grandchildren, Gage Oliver, Kane Oliver, and Kylee Perry; and special friend, Alta Franks.

The family would like to thank the hospice nurses who cared for Robert, Rosa Darby, Tamara Williamson, and Nina Lovelace.
