Phillip "Phil" L. Willaims

Phillip L. “Phil” Williams, 73, of Florence, passed away April 17, 2019 at North Alabama Medical Center after an extended illness.

Visitation will be Saturday, April 20, 2019 from 1-2 p.m. with the funeral service beginning at 2 p.m. in Greenview Memorial Chapel. Officiating will be Rev. Kevin Johnson. Burial will follow in Greenview Memorial Park.

Mr. Williams was preceded in death by his parents, Albert and Opal Williams; daughter-in-law, Michele Williams; sister-in-law, Delila Williams; and grand-niece, Kate Fields.

He is survived by his wife, Nina Barron Williams; sons, Derek and Ryan Williams; brother, Larry Williams; sister, Joane Calcutt (Greg); and a granddaughter, Chelsea Williams.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to First Baptist Church of Florence, Shriners Hospital, or St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
