Norma Sue (Fletcher) McDonald

Norma Sue McDonald, 92, of Florence, passed away Tuesday, October 22, 2024, at her residence. Norma was a homemaker and a Christian.

A graveside service is planned for Sunday, October 27, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. at Tri-Cities Memorial Gardens.  Officiating will be Scott Livingston.

Norma was preceded in death by her husband, Charles McDonald; parents, Leroy and Vinnie Fletcher; four sisters and one brother.

She is survived by her son, Steven Russell McDonald; daughter, Karen McDonald Michael; brothers, Louis Fletcher and Eddie Fletcher; grandchildren, Chris Michael (Erin), Shane McDonald (Brande), Valerie Brewer (Kevin), Carrie Patterson (Scott), Jeff McDonald, Summer McDonald; great grandchildren, Callie, Jake, Ryan, Stephen, Chase, Logan, Garrett, Kaleb, Tristen, Paxton, Brooks, Ella Kate and Liam; sister, Jean Ann Martin.

Pallbearers will be grandsons and great grandsons.

The family wants to express a special thank you to Amedisys Hospice, especially Monica, Jowana, Lana, Hannah, Candice and Kandice. Also, thank you to caregivers Joan Meyer, Erin Michael, and Leslie Purser.
