She was preceded in death by her husband, James L. Adams; parents, Jesse and Linnie Mae Hayes; son, Eddie DeWayne Sharp; sister, Nellie Cardin; brothers, Norman Hayes, Jesse R. Hayes, Jr., Carlos Hayes, and Dewey Hayes.

Mrs. Adams is survived by her sons, Randy Sharp, Florence, and Ralph Sharp, Brandon, FL.; daughter, Debra Hendley, Florence; brother, Charles Hayes, Killen; grandchildren, Donald “Bud” Peters, Bradenton, FL, Matthew DeWayne Sharp, South Bend, IN, Carrie Lynn Sharp Hopp, Grand Haven, MI, Jonathan Sharp, Spring Hill, FL, Andrea Sharp, Twentynine Palms, CA; and great grandchildren, Emily Cobian, Ryan Peters, Matthew Sharp, Jr., Preston Sharp, Anthony Sharp, Lexi Hopp, Emma Hopp, and Morgan Hopp.
