Margaret Ellen (Murphy) Dailey

Margaret Ellen Dailey, 86 of Florence, passed away on August 15, 2025 after a brief illness. She was a member of Chisholm Hills Church of Christ.

A visitation will be Tuesday August 19, 2025 from 1:00-2:00 pm at Greenview Funeral Home. A funeral service will follow in the funeral home chapel. Burial will be at Cloverdale Church of Christ Cemetery.

Mrs. Dailey was preceded in death by her husband, William Turner Dailey, Jr.; parents, Elbert and Cora Murphy; brothers, Cecil, Horace, and Howard Murphy; and sisters, Irene Irons and Nina Hart (Robert).

She is survived by son, Jeffery Dailey, Sr. (Cindy); daughter, Kim Head (Don); brother, Kenneth Murphy (Irene); sister, Linda Haggard (Wayne); grandchildren, Jennifer Pearson (Stephen), Ashley Dailey, Don Head, Jr. (Cara), April Smith, Tara Buchholz (John), Chad South, and Pam Irons; great grandchildren, Lily Pearson, Michael Smith, Autumn Smith, Julie Smith, and Judah Smith.

Pallbearers will be family and friends.

A special thanks to Betty Aker for all the love and help during her lifetime, and to Millinea Hill. They were both friends and family.
