Manie Jean (Wilson) Daniel

Manie Jean Daniel, 78, of Florence passed away January 14, 2026.  A Visitation will be held at Greenview Funeral Home from 9:30-11:00 A.M. on Saturday, January 17, 2026.  The funeral will follow in Greenview Memorial Chapel at 11:00 A.M.  with Bro. Mike Crews officiating.  Her burial will follow in Greenview Memorial Park.

Jean and her husband, Larry Daniel owned Daniel’s Exxon and was a COS Supervisor for Sam’s Club.  She was a member of First Free Will Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her Mother, Mary Rebecca Hanback; Grandparents, John and Beadie May Hanback; Aunts, Sara Eiland, Docia Hanback, Ava Nell Hanback, Adell Smith; Uncles, Macon Hanback and John Hanback.

Jean was survived by her daughter, Sherry Lynn Vaughn; son in law Danny Vaughn; and grandchild, Reagan Ivy Vaughn; special friends, Gail Murphy, Gail Robertson, Helen Holland, and Peggy Rouse.

Pallbearers will be Jeffrey Cox, Jason Hayes, Robert Wiley, Gary Dollar, Tommy Cossey, and David Scott.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Tommy Brown, Ronnie Wigington, Allen Morgan, and Justin Hayes.
