Kathy Lynn Michael

Kathy L. Michael, 55, of Florence, passed away Saturday, April 12, 2025, at North Alabama Medical Center.  She attended Woodlawn Church of Christ.

Visitation will be Friday, April 18, 2025, from 12:30-2 p.m. at Woodlawn Church of Christ.  The Celebration of Life service will follow at 2 p.m. at the church. Officiating will Matt Heupel.

Kathy was preceded in death by her parents, Sonny and Barbara Michael, sister, Judy White; brother, Dennis Wisdom; brother-in-law, Danny Singleton.

She is survived by her boyfriend, Tim deLaney; daughter, Krystal Lauderdale (Byron), TN; brothers, Bobby Biggers, IN; Sonny Michael, Jr. Florence; sisters, Betty Singleton, Florence, Belinda Hamilton (Michael), Trinity; grandchildren, John Luke, Shaylan, and Byron Lauderdale; and special friend, Chris Owens.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family of Kathy Michael at Regions Bank on Hwy 43 & 72 to help with funeral expenses.
