Joseph David Hinton

Joseph David Hinton was born on January 24, 2023, at North Alabama Medical Center.  He was welcomed by his loving mother, maternal grandmother, big sister, and a host of family and friends.  Though he was only with us for six very short weeks, in that time, he brought so much love and joy to anyone fortunate enough to meet him.  Joseph tragically passed from this life on Sunday, March 12, 2023, while in Pigeon Forge, TN on vacation with his family.

Joseph was preceded in death by his maternal great-grandparents, Gordon and Annie Hinton, Savannah, Tn. and Melvin and Pauline Robinson; maternal great-aunt, Shirley Ann Barnett, Florence; and paternal great-grandfather, Mason Rives, Savannah, Tn.

Joseph is survived by his loving mother, Kristy Hinton, Florence, adoring big sister, Sierra Hinton, Florence; loving maternal grandparents, David and Mevaline Hinton, Florence; father, Rodney Fisher, Jr., Bardwell, Ky.; siblings, Lillia Blanco, Washington, Jayla, Jaxon and Amarrah Fisher; paternal great-grandmother, Sandra Rives, Carson City, NV; and paternal grandparents, Rodney and Robin Fisher, Carson City, NV; as well as a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, family and friends.

The funeral service and visitation will be held at Florence Blvd. Church of Christ with the visitation being on Friday, March 17, 2023, from 6-8 p.m. and the funeral service will be Saturday, March 18, 2023, at 11 a.m. Viewing will also be available from 10-11 a.m. prior to the service.

Honorary pallbearers are Jaxon Fisher, Nick Winn IV, Troy Vanfleet, Larry Hinton, and Anthony Hinton.
