Janice Marie (Garner) Killen

Janice Marie Killen, 85, of Florence, passed away Friday, November 21, 2025, at her home. She was retired as a Dental Hygienist. Janice was a member of Bethel Berry Church of Christ. “Mama Jan” enjoyed crocheting, crafting, and working in her flower garden.

Janice was preceded in death by her parents, Andrew and Ruby Garner; brothers, Andrew “Bubba” Eugene Garner, Jr. and Randy Dwight Garner; sister, Judith “Judy” Nola Terry.

She is survived by her son, Russell Dwayne Killen (Cherion); daughter, Vicki Fields (Mark); seven grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren.

The family would like to thank Compassus Hospice of Florence for all the support and love that was shown to our mother and the family.

To honor Janice’s request, there will be no visitation.  The family will have a private memorial.
