James Marshall Branham, Sr.

James Marshall Branham, Sr., 78 of Florence, passed away May 21, 2024 after a brief illness. He was a member of Singing River church of Christ.

A visitation will be on Tuesday, May 28, 2024 from 1:00 pm-2:00 pm at Greenview Funeral Home. A funeral service will follow in the funeral home chapel with Perry Hurst officiating.

Mr. Branham was preceded in death by his father, Verlyn Harris Branham, Sr.; mother, Francis Moody; and brothers, Verlyn Harris Branham, Jr. and Richard Austin Branham.

He is survived by his wife, DeAlva Kaye Branham; son, James Branham, Jr. (Lorelle); daughter, Gretchen McCance (John); and grandchildren, Johnny McCance, Cameron McCance, Emily Highfill, Rebecca Branham, Caroline Branham, and Samuel Branham.

Pallbearers will be Ethan Highfill, Samuel Branham, Johnny McCance, Josh Wilson, Matthew Chambers, Brent Putman, Donald Collier, and Matt Oglesby.
