Iva (Pigg) Olive

Iva Olive, 75 of Florence, passed away Sunday, October 13, 2024, at North Alabama Medical Center. She was retired from T. J.’s Manufacturing Co. Iva was a member of Bethel Berry Church of Christ.  She attended Stony Point Church of Christ.

Visitation will be Wednesday, October 16, 2024, from 12-2 p.m. at Stony Point Church of Christ.  The funeral service will follow at 2:00 p.m. at the church building.  Interment will be in Railroad Cemetery. Officiating will be Brad Adcock and Ronnie McKissack.

Iva was preceded in death by her parents, Carmel and Inez Pigg; brother, L. C.; sisters, Clara, Carnez, and Frances.

She is survived by her husband, Kenneth Olive; sons, Chris Olive (Jennifer), Jamie Olive (Allison); daughter, Marnie Dove (Jesse); brother, Bennie Pigg (Faye); sisters, Wanda Staggs, Polly Nard, Donna Atkinson (Jeff); grandchildren, Mallari, Ashton, Dylan, and Katelyn; great grandchildren, Mason, Levi, Carson, Madilynn, Braxton, and Olivia.

Pallbearers will be Tyler Robinson, Miller Burbank, Jeffrey Wood, Dylan Wood, Dylan Olive, and Lee Hanback.

Honorary pallbearers are Michael Dodd and Freddy Moss.
