Horace "Boo" Mearl White, Jr.

Horace “Boo” Mearl White, Jr., passed away on Wednesday, November 1, 2023. He was a resident of Florence, AL. Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 4, 2023 at Greenview Funeral Home from noon until 2pm. A funeral service will immediately follow in the funeral home chapel. Burial will be at Murphy’s Chapel Cemetery.

Boo enjoyed going fishing. He loved his family and spending time with his grandson, TJ.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Barbara Faye White.

Survivors include his sons, Trey White and Seth White; daughter, Hannah White; father, Horace Mearl White, Sr.; brothers, Terry Kelsey, Anthony Kelsey (Kim), Robert White, and Josh White; sisters, Belinda Haynes (Nathan) and Kathy White; grandson, TJ White; as well as many nieces, nephews, and other loving family and friends.

Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
