Elmyra Behel Howell

Elmyra Behel Howell, 89, of Florence, was called to her heavenly home on May 14, 2018 at Summit Rehab. She was a founding member and a life-long member of Jackson Heights Church of Christ.

Visitation will be at Greenview Funeral Home from 10-11 a.m. on Thursday, May 17, 2018. The funeral service will begin at 11:00 a.m. in Greenview Memorial Chapel with Ronnie Pannell and Manson Behel officiating. Burial will follow in Tri-Cities Memorial Gardens.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Allen and Pearl Behel; brothers, A.D., Hollis, and Emory Behel; sisters, Leva Allen and Mattie Ruth Wallace.

Survivors include her husband, Edward J. Howell; daughter, Nita Elson; brother, Manson Behel (Wyna); sister, Cornelia Ragester; and, many nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.

Dr. Robert Mann will serve as an honorary pallbearer.
