Ellis Earline (Scott) Tingle

Ellis Earline Scott-Tingle, 83, of Florence, passed away May 5, 2022 at Mitchell Hollingsworth Nursing and Rehab. Earline loved God and her family.

Visitation will be Tuesday, May 10, 2022 from 1-2 p.m. at Greenview Funeral Home. The funeral service will begin at 2 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Jeff Tingle officiating.

Earline was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Tingle; son, Tony P. Tingle; parents, Glynn E. Scott and Willie Ann Stricklin Scott; and a host of brothers and sisters.

She is survived by a granddaughter, Cynthia Blanks (Nathan) of Halifax, VA; grandsons, Joey Tingle (Casey) of Henderson, NC, and Brian Lassiter (Hope) of Oxford, NC; great-grandchildren, Ethan, Dalton, Harley, Landon, and Hunter; sisters, Glenda Tingle, and Gwen Keeton; and brother, David Scott.

Pallbearers will be Ricky Haithcoat, Donnie Duncan, Skyler Murphy, Jason Kelly, Zeth Denman, and Dustin Sebelski.

The family would like to thank Mitchell-Hollingsworth and North Alabama Medical Center for the wonderful care they gave to her.
