Earl Morris Allman, 87, of Florence, passed away June 24, 2017 at ECM Hospital. He was a member of Highland Baptist Church; and retired from Ford Motor Company with 25 years of service.
Visitation will be today, Monday, June 26, 2017 from 1-3 p.m.at Greenview Funeral Home. The funeral service will begin at 3 p.m. in Greenview Memorial Chapel with Tim Pannell officiating. Burial will follow in Greenview Memorial Park.
Mr. Allman was preceded in death by his father, Clem Journey; mother, Thelma Journey; brother, Howard Allman, and son, Gary Allman.
He is survived by his wife, Opal Gilchrist Allman; son, Rodney Allman (Sonya); daughters, Jackie Crain (Brad), Debbie Allman; grandchildren, Josh Allman, Jacob Crain, Alison Tyndall, Ashley Allman Bolt and Amber Allman; and great-grandchildren, Kayleigh Crain, Emma Tyndall; and soon to be baby Bolt.
Pallbearers will include: Josh Allman, Cameron Bolt, Brad Crain, Jeff Gilchrist, Wade Gilchrist, and Brad Tyndall.
