Diane Louise (Robbins) McGee

Diane Louise (Robbins) McGee, 85 of Florence, passed away on January 30, 2026. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She loved her sports, especially Alabama football. She was a wonderful cook and caretaker. She was always smiling, laughing, and joking. Although she could be stubborn, she put everyone’s needs before her own.

A visitation will be held on Thursday February 5, 2026, from 12:00-2:00 pm at Greenview Funeral Home. A graveside service will follow in Greenview Memorial Park.

Ms. McGee was preceded in death by her parents, Presley and Ruth Robbins; brother, William Robbins; and son, Brian McGee.

She is survived by son, Max McGee (Nikki); daughters, Donna Oakley (Joey), Cheryl Pounders (Ricky), and Pamela Roberts (Shaler); grandchildren, Meagan McGee, April McGee-Ezell (Gus), Kayla Smith (Will Underwood), Jason Pounders (Shelby), Jennifer Simmons, Kimberly Beckham (Tyler), Ruth Roberts, and Shaler Roberts; great grandchildren, Lillith “Lilly” Schmucker, Luna Clemmons, Autumn Underwood, Hadley Beckham, Logan Beckham, Brodie Simmons, and Kenzie Simmons.

Pallbearers will be Joey Oakley, Gus Ezell, Jason Pounders, Jacob Webb, Ricky Pounders, and Tyler Beckham.
