Obituary
Diane Leopard McClanahan, 69, of Florence, passed away May 20, 2023.
Visitation will be Saturday, May 27, 2023 from 9-11 a.m. at Greenview Funeral Home. A memorial service will begin at 11 a.m. in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Chris Underwood officiating.
Mrs. McClanahan was preceded in death by her husband, Dr. William A. McClanahan; father, Charles “Buddy” Leopard; and mother, Nadine Leopard.
She is survived by her son, Grant McClanahan and wife Brianna of Hoover, AL; daughter, Angela Barnes of Athens, AL; sister, Debbie Burnett of Florence; grandchildren, Lakin Barnes of Athens, Madison, Lyla, and Ian McClanahan of Hoover, AL; and nieces, Stephanie Palmer and Audrey Woods.
Honorary pallbearers will be Grant McClanahan, Lakin Barnes, Chip Rasch, Bill Hankins, Roy Graves, and Britt Graves.
The family would like to thank Pam Barnett and all the caregivers that supported our mother through this trying time.
