Cynthia Salter

Cynthia Marks Salter, 77, of Florence, passed away on April 18, 2025. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and sister. She was a B.S. R.N. nurse for 43 years at ECM Hospital.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Margaret Marks.

She is survived by her daughter, Katherine Oliver (Robbie) of Florence; son, Kerry Salter of Redmond, WA; brother, Tim Marks of Muscle Shoals; nephew, Harris Marks of Muscle Shoals; grandchildren, Chrissy Perry (Neal) and Nathan Reed both of Florence; great-granddaughter, Kylee Perry; special cousin, Gary Elam (Charlene) of Marietta, GA.

Visitation will be Tuesday, April 22, 2025 from 6-9 p.m. at Greenview Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, April 23, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. in Greenview Memorial Chapel with Chaplain Garry Lovette officiating. Burial will follow in Greenview Memorial Park.
