Betty Lou (Fell) Yerbey

Betty Lou Fell Yerbey, 75, of Florence, peacefully passed away on Thursday, February 27, 2025 after an extended illness. She was born July 2nd, 1949 to Cedric and Anita Fell in South Bend Indiana. She spent the majority of her life here in Florence, Alabama. In February of 1965 she married Edward Lee Yerbey and they had four children together.

Betty was preceded in death by her parents Cedric and Anita Fell; and step-father, Berl Burbank.

She is survived, loved, and fondly remembered by her children, Thomas Yerbey and wife Lisa, Keith Yerbey and wife Tammy, Kevin Yerbey and wife Kristy all of Florence, AL; daughter, Penny Yerbey Williams and husband Steve of North Carolina; 12 beautiful grandchildren and 7 precious little great grandchildren; brothers, Freddie Fell and wife Shelia, and Steve Fell and wife Freda; and 3 half-sisters. Betty was loved by many and will be greatly missed by all.

Honoring Betty’s wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral services. She only asks that everyone continue to pray for peace and comfort for her children and the rest of her family.
