Alma Earline (Prater) Curtis

 Alma Earline Curtis, 85, of Florence, passed away Thursday, August 8, 2024, at Athens Limestone Memorial Hospital.  She retired from Bank Independent as an accountant.

Visitation will be Sunday, August 11, 2024, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Greenview Funeral Home.  A graveside service will follow at 1:00 p.m. in Greenview Memorial Park.

She was preceded in death by her husband of over 50 years, J. B. Curtis; parents, Hubert and Lillie Prater, and grandchildren, Johnathan Alderete, Robert Curtis, and Leigh Ann Curtis; .

Alma is survived by her son, Bob Curtis (Mary); daughter, Teresa Curtis Boyd (Stanley); sister, Pat Askew, grandchildren, Bryan Terry (Helen), Daniel Terry, Hannah Money (Ben); great grandchildren, Brayden Curtis, Jayson Eberhart, Lyla Terry, Theodore Money and Marcy Money, and Olivia Brown.

Pallbearers will be family and friends.
