Vicki Lynn Davis, 62, of Florence, passed away on Saturday, November 11, 2017 at her home with her husband, Donnie and family and friends by her side. Vicki had a gift for growing beautiful flowers and she loved her furry pets, Kelly and Candi.
Visitation will be at Greenview Funeral Home on Tuesday, November 14, 2017 from 11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. with the funeral service immediately following in Greenview Memorial Chapel. Officiating will be Reverend Donnie McDaniel. Burial will follow in Greenview Memorial Park.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Jimmy and Nancy Skipworth.
Survivors include her husband, Donnie Ray Davis; brothers, Jerry Skipworth (Brenda), Jesse Skipworth (Dena) and Marshall Skipworth (Fredia) all of Florence and many nieces and nephews.
Serving as pallbearers will be Jason Skipworth, Bradley Skipworth, Jeremy Murphy, Dewayne Coker, Wilburn Wallace and Dennis Fortenberry.
The family would like to express a very special thank you to her special sister, Brenda and to her loving friends, Joyce, Connie, Wanda and Kaye.
The family would also like to thank Dr. Brian Mathews and staff of ClearView Cancer Institute of Huntsville and Hospice of North Alabama.
