Stella Maxine (Barrier) Haynes

Stella Maxine Haynes, 92, of Florence, a loving wife, mother, and grandmother, passed away April 16, 2018 after an extended illness. She always enjoyed the company of her children, grandchildren, and dogs. She was a member of Florence Baptist Church and was recently attending Lee Heights Baptist Church.

Visitation will be held Friday, April 20, 2018 from 11-Noon at Greenview Funeral Home. The funeral service will begin at Noon in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Phillip Skipworth officiating. Burial will follow in Fielder Cemetery in Walnut Grove, TN.

Mrs. Haynes was preceded in death by her husband, William Amos Haynes; son, Richard “Bubba” Haynes; brothers, J.H., Bennie, Joe, and Freddie Barrier; and a sister, Eileen Balentine.

She is survived by her daughters, Carolyn Pate (Tony), Peggy Balentine, and Patricia Blaxton (Buddy); brother, Tom Barrier (June); sister, Barbara Barrier; grandchild, Bo Balentine; and great-grandchildren, Bethany, Ivy, and Kalee Balentine; God-grandchildren, Reyhan Williams and Ryder Brooks.

Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
