“Pat” Florence Dixon Hester, 91, of Tuscumbia, passed away April 21, 2017 at her residence. She was a member of the Eastern Star; Mother Advisor for the Rainbow Girls; taught Girls Physical Education at Appleby Junior High School and Spanish at Muscle Shoals High School.
Visitation will be Monday, April 24, 2017 from 10-11 a.m. at Greenview Funeral Home. A graveside service will begin at 11 a.m. in Greenview Memorial Park.
Mrs. Hester was preceded in death by her husband, James Roland Hester; and parents, Curtis and Mercedes Dixon.
She is survived by her sons, James Roland Hester, II, and J.C. Hester both of Tuscumbia.
