Keith W McBrayer, Sr. 88, of Florence, passed away after complications of a heart attack.
Visitation will be Monday, April 3, 2017, 1:00-2:30 PM at Greenview Memorial, Florence, Alabama. A private family interment will follow.
Mr. McBrayer was a business entrepreneur involved in many different professions, lastly being Keith's Wrecking Company in Muscle Shoals, Alabama which he thoroughly took pleasure in refurbishing salvaged vehicles.
He was a member at Highland Baptist Church of Florence, and was a regular member of his Men's Sunday school class.
Mr. McBrayer was preceded in death by his parents, Vernon and Charity McBrayer, and wife Jo-Tate McBrayer. He is survived by his son, Keith McBrayer, Jr., daughter Brenda McBrayer Lambert, Sister Martha McCrory (Norman), two grandsons, Andrew Lambert (Elizabeth), Matthew Lambert (Jill), and four great-grandchildren, Ellis and Hollin Lambert, Ray and Jack Lambert.
Thanks to all the family and friends for your prayers, calls, visits and acts of love and kindness. Also thanks to Dr. Daji and Nurse Terri, CCU nurses Joni, Jessica, Katie at ECM for their selfless care and compassion. The insurmountable attentiveness, care and compassion extended to Mr. McBrayer and family at Mitchell Hollingsworth Rehabilitation was as if they were family members. A special thanks to Amy Green, Twila, Beverly Hill, Stevie Davis, Maddie and all the others who cared for Mr. McBrayer.
