Jolene Burch Anderson, 89, of Florence, passed away July 5, 2017 at her residence. She was a member of Wood Avenue Church of Christ.
Visitation will be Friday, July 7, 2017 from 6-8 p.m. at Greenview Funeral Home. A graveside service will be Saturday, July 8, 2017 at 10 a.m. in Greenview Memorial Park with Miles Stutts officiating.
Mrs. Anderson was preceded in death by her husband, Dr. Irvin B. Anderson; father, Will Burch and mother, Edna Herston Hargrove; grandson, Clint Matthew Anderson; and a sister, Claudine Kauzlick.
She is survived by her sons, Dr. M. Burton Anderson, and Robert G. Anderson, both of Florence; daughter, Andrea Anderson Marshall of Columbia, TN; grandchildren, Alicia Anderson Stengel of Centennial, CO, Christy Marshall Brown, Jaclyn Marshall Simpson both of Columbia, TN, and Emma Jolene Anderson of Florence; great-grandchildren, Grant McCoy and Luke Stengel of Centennial, CO, Lily Jade Anderson of Hattiesburg, MS and Matthew Jerith Anderson of Killen, Forrest James Brown of Columbia, TN, Jordan and Chloe Anderson of Jackson, MS; and a sister, Bill Moseley of Florence.
Honorary pallbearers will be the Ladies Bible Class of Wood Avenue Church of Christ, James Bobo, Sr., Opal Miller, and Laura and Randy Whitten.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Wood Avenue Church of Christ, Mars Hill Bible School, or Hospice of the Shoals.
