Jennie Thomas

Jennie Thomas, 81, of Rogersville, died on June 20, 2018 at Eliza Coffee Memorial Hospital. She was a retired school matron and a shuffle board national and international champion.

Visitation will be at Greenview Funeral Home from 1-2 p.m. on Saturday, June 23, 2018. The funeral will begin at 2:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Burial will follow in Greenview Memorial Park.

She was preceded in death by her husbands, James Batz and Charles Thomas; daughter, Cheryl Baskins; and, grandson, Jonathan Innis.

Survivors include her son, Eddie Holloway (Tess); daughter, Linda Patterson, brother, Eldra Yarber; grandchildren, Charles(Jacque), Anthony, and Kimberley Patterson, Jessica Moore, Jaclyn Grzywna, Julie Maday and James and Gunner Innis; great-grandchildren, Natalee Cole, and Ethan Seal, Addison Benson, Kailee and Dozer Moore, Brianna and Brayden Grzywna, Wyatt Maday, Dorthy and Amber Patterson, Lance Johnson, Gabriel and Dakota Patterson and Alexis Innis.  

Serving as pallbearers will be Anthony Patterson, James Innis, Gabriel Patterson, Dakota Patterson, Cole Seal, and Ethan Seal.

Serving as an honrary pallbearer will be Dusty Moore.
