Ivadell (Darby) Moore

Ivadell “Tootsie” Darby Moore, 86, of Florence, passed away, November 6, 2018 at ECM Hospital after a brief illness. She was a member of Underwood Baptist Church. Tootsie was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend who was cherished greatly by all who knew her, including her dog, Sissy. She was the “rock” of our family and will be missed terribly.

Visitation will be Friday, November 9, 2018 from 11-1 p.m. at Greenview Funeral Home. The funeral service will begin at 1 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Brother Jerry Phillips officiating. Burial will follow in Greenview Memorial Park.

Mrs. Moore was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Moore; parents, Homer and Girdie Darby; and brothers, James and Pete Darby.

She is survived by her son, Robert “Bobby” Moore (Pam); daughters, Patricia Cox, Gayla Perkins (Ricky), and Melissa Darby (Blair); ten grandchildren, Ashley Clanton, Jill Clanton, Gabriel Moore (Lindsey), Sterling Moore (Rebekah), Jennifer Perkins, Andrea Cox, Whitney McCreless (Chris), Leigh Ann Cox, Heath Perkins, and Cory Darby; and thirteen great-grandchildren, Ashton Goodloe, Brinlee McLaughlin, Lillian Moore, Kylee Perkins, Weston Moore, Destiny Johnson, Abbie McCreless, Kaylee Nobles, Blake Johnson, Willa Kay Moore, Makynlee Cox, Lincoln Moore, and Charlee McCreless.

Pallbearers will include: Gabriel Moore, Sterling Moore, Heath Perkins, Cory Darby, Ashton Goodloe, and Darrell Montgomery.
