I'm so sorry to hear about the passing of Ernest Haygood. He was a true, southern gentleman. He loved his community and was not only a great support of FLW but more than that, he was a friend. He will be missed. Our prayers are with the family.

We are so sorry for your loss. Tony and Earnest traveled with Florence Tourism and Debbie to secure FLW to Florence.Earnest loved the Shoals and UNA like no other. Earnest and Janie came by Tuscumbia every month to visit me and give big sweet supportive hugs. Heaven just brought home another bright star in the Heavens! I will miss you till I see you again. Tony

My deepest condolences to Janie and the family. Ernest was a wonderful human being and will be greatly missed by everyone. He touched a lot of lives with his friendly smile and laughter. When I would see Ernest and Janie out in town, they never failed to give a big smile and a big hug and just chat about what was going on with everyone. Ernest will be greatly missed. He was a true angel on earth. Fly high Sweet Ernest!
