Donnie Preston Llewellyn

Donnie Preston Llewellyn, 67, of Florence, passed away June 15, 2018 at his residence after an extended illness. He was a member of Cornerstone Church of Christ; a retired Lieutenant of the Florence Fire Department; and the owner of Llewellyn’s Lawn Service.

Visitation will be Sunday, June 17, 2018 from 6-9 p.m. at Greenview Funeral Home. The funeral service will be Monday, June 18, 2018 at 11 a.m. at Cornerstone Church of Christ with Norman Hargett and Arvy Dupuy officiating. Burial will follow in Central Heights Community Cemetery.

Mr. Llewellyn was preceded in death by his father, James Elbert Llewellyn; step-father, Gene Darby; and grandparents, George and Myrtle Kelley, and Elbert and Annie Llewellyn.

He is survived by his wife, Teresa Irons Llewellyn; mother, Dorothy Llewellyn Darby; son, Brian Llewellyn all of Florence; daughter, Karen Llewellyn Mustain (Joey) of Murfreesboro, TN; brother, Dwight Llewellyn (Donna) of Florence; and grandchild, Stella Mustain of Murfreesboro, TN.

Active pallbearers will be Phillip Fowler, Mike Hamm, Jackie Neal, Chipper Ezell, Billy Moore, and Danny Montgomery.

Bob Smith, Ricky Thornton, Frank Willard, and Randy Durham will serve as honorary pallbearers.
