Billy Montgomery Obituary

Billy M. Montgomery, 84, of Florence, passed away December 28, 2018. He was a member of Parkway Methodist Church and a U.S. Army veteran. A private family graveside service will be held at a later date.

Mr. Montgomery was preceded in death by his parents, James and Tera Montgomery; and a brother, Danny Montgomery.

He is survived by his wife, Barbara Montgomery of Florence; daughters, Holly Grissom (Ed) of Florence, and Hayley McElroy (Del) of Cullman; brothers, Charles Montgomery (Linda) of Oak Ridge, TN, and Larry Montgomery (Barbara) of Destin, FL; grandchildren, Eddie Grissom (Leslie), Ashley Grissom, Lucas McElroy (Maggie), and Madison McElroy; and great-grandchildren, Raegan McElroy, Atley-Res McElroy, and Rylee Grissom.
