Anna Theresa Roberts

Anna Theresa Roberts, 64 of Killen, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, February 19, 2019 at her residence surrounded by her loving family, after an extended illness.

Theresa was a very special young lady that never met a stranger and was loved by all that knew her. She was a daughter, sister, aunt, great-aunt and great-great aunt. She loved UNA football, NASCAR and most of all Hallmark movies. Theresa enjoyed many years attending the Arc of the Shoals where she made many many friends; especially enjoyed her outings with her senior friends.

Visitation will be Sunday, February 24, 2019 from 1-3 p.m. at Greenview Funeral Home. The funeral service will begin at 3 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Jim Storie officiating. Burial will follow in Greenview Memorial Park.

Theresa was preceded in death by her parents, John and Hazel Roberts.

She is survived by her sisters, Marsha Archibald (Richard), and Lana Nale (Leon); nieces, Robyn Rhudy (Randy), Shelley Warrington (Tony), Ricki Hill (Matthew); great-nieces, Katie Warrington, Sophie and Marlee Hill; great-nephews, Justin , Wesley and Drew Rhudy, Luke, Jacob and Eli Warrington; and great-great-nieces and nephews, Rylan, Lillian, Henley and Mason Rhudy.

Great-nephews will serve as pallbearers. Kane Nale, and Luke Hannah will serve as honorary pallbearers.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to Hospice of North Alabama and their caring staff that made Theresa’s journey a peaceful one.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations made to the Arc of the Shoals or Hospice of North Alabama.
