Wallace Robert Shook, Sr., 81, of Florence, passed away September 12, 2017.

Visitation will be Friday, September 15, 2017 from 2-4 p.m. at Greenview Funeral Home. The funeral service will begin at 4 p.m. in Greenview Memorial Chapel with Brother William Staggs officiating. Burial will follow in Greenview Memorial Park.

Mr. Shook was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Shook; daughter, Debbie Gandy; granddaughter, Kim Hardwick; parents, Charles and Lola Shook; sons-in-law, Floyd Blevins, Sr., and Tim Gandy, Sr.; and a daughter-in-law, Traci Shook.

He is survived by his sons, Wallace Shook, Jr. (Cathy), and Mark Shook; daughters, Shirley Blevins, Robbie Gipson (Reggie), and Brenda Tidmore (Jed); grandchildren, April Beadle (Steve), Wendy Springer; Floyd Blevins, Jr. (Christy), Wally Blevins; Amanda Darby (Chan), Cory Gipson (Heather), Wallace Shook, III (Jennifer), Heather Scott (James), Jason Shook (Brittany), Timmie Gandy, Nikki Cox (Anthony); great-grandchildren; Miranda McAnally, Tyler, Kevin, and Austin Springer, Andrew, Savanna, and Nicholas Beadle, Alex and Nakita Blevins, Gavin and Gage Gipson, Hannah, Sky, Katie, Jase, and Gunner Shook, Elizabeth Ford, Jamie Scott, Phillip and Lenzy Cox; great-great-grandchildren, Ayden and Alyssa McAnally, Kayden Springer, and Brandon and Austin Weatherman; and a sister, Gloria Blackburn.

Pallbearers will include: Cory Gipson, Jason Shook, Steve Beadle, Alex Blevins, Timmy Gandy, Tyler Springer, Kevin Springer, and Wallace Shook, III.
