Ronnie E. Braudaway, 73, of Florence, died peacefully April 5, 2017 at Cypress Cove Nursing Home. He was a member of Weeden Heights United Methodist Church. Mr. Braudaway was retired from the Florence Utilities Department in 2007 after 40 years of service; and he was a member of IBEW Local 558 and of the Masonic Lodge.
Visitation will be Sunday, April 9, 2017 from 11-1 p.m. at Greenview Funeral Home. A graveside service will follow at 1 p.m. in Greenview Memorial Park with Wayne Green officiating.
Mr. Braudaway was preceded in death by his wife, Ellen Braudaway; daughter, Donna Lynn Braudaway; father, Kermit Braudaway; mother, Marie Braudaway; and a sister, Tressie Gilchrist.
He is survived by his brother, Clifford Braudaway; daughter, Ron-Ellen Braudaway; sons, Michael (Jacqueline), and David (Demetria) Braudaway; grandchildren, Stephanie (Morgan) Doster, Ian and Ireland Braudaway, Uriah, Isaiah, Elijah, and Abigail Braudaway; and a great-grandchild, Peyton Watson.
