Robert “Rabbit” Glenn Brown, Sr., 80, of Florence, passed away January 19, 2015 at E.C.M. Hospital. Mr. Brown lived all his life in St. Florian. He was a member of IBEW 558 Electrical Engineers Local Union, and a U.S. Army veteran.
Visitation will be Thursday, January 22, 2015 from 10 – 11:30 a.m. at Greenview Funeral Home. The funeral service will begin at 11:30 a.m. in the funeral home chapel with the Rev. Jacob Amos, O.S.B. officiating. Burial will follow in Tri Cities Memorial Gardens.
Mr. Brown was preceded in death by his parents, Louis and Frankie Ezell Brown.
He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Joyce Peters Brown; son, Robbie Brown, Jr.; brother, Wayne Brown; sister, Ann McGee all of Florence; grandchild, Ashley Brown Scott (Brent); great-grandchild, Hayden Scott of Florence; a number of nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Joe Kasmeier, Allen Peters, Jim Kasmeier, Sonny Peters, Brent Scott, and Tony Chandler.
