Pauline Fisher Redding

Pauline Fisher Redding, 84, of Florence passed away on July 24, 2016 at her residence. She was a member of Jones Chapel Freewill Baptist Church. She retired as a nursing assistant at Oak Crest where she was employed for thirty years.

Visitation will be at Greenview Funeral Home on Wednesday, July 27, 2016 from 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 (noon). The funeral will begin at 12:00 noon in Greenview Memorial Chapel with Allen Jones officiating. Burial will follow in Sherrod Valley Cemetery.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert Lee Fisher and Mattie Mae Zills Fisher; four brothers and one sister; son-in-law, Dean Shook.

Survivors include her husband, Hubert Redding; daughters, Denise Shook and Renia High (Tim); brother, John Fisher; sisters, Ann Kidwell, Mildred Means, Frances Percle and Lillie Mae Cole; grandchildren, Suzanne Haraway (Wade), Heather Jones, Tara Hammond (Josh), Leeanne Fox (Scott) and Todd Shook; great-grandchildren, Alex and Emily Griffith, Kaleigh Wilder, Parker Fox, Emma Hammond, Britton Haraway, Lynzie Fox, Bryleigh Hammond, Landon Fox and Myca Paige Haraway and a host of nieces and nephews.

Serving as pallbearers will be Chuck Vaughn, Tim High, Todd Shook, Wade Fish, Scott Fox, Burley Franks, Alex Griffith and Josh Hammond.

Serving as honorary pallbearers will be Parker Fox, Landon Fox and John Fisher.

The family would like to extend special thanks to Alacare Home Health and Hospice with a special thanks to Nurse Deborah and Dr. Syed.
