Ollice Marie (Holt) McDaniel

Mrs. Ollice Marie McDaniel, 83, passed away on March 18, 2017 at Eliza Coffee Memorial Hospital.  She was a member of Underwood Baptist Church.

The greatest woman in the world went home to be with Jesus. She was a wife, a mother, and a surgical nurse for 30 years at Florence Hospital. She was also a granny, an aunt, a sister and most of all a friend to all she met. She was loved by all who knew her and even though our hearts are broken she is in eternal peace and with that we find comfort. She would tell you today to love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul and mind and love others as yourself.

Visitation will be at Greenview Funeral Home on March 21, 2017 from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. The funeral will begin at 1:00 p.m. in Greenview Memorial Chapel with Bro. Donnie McDaniel officiating.  Burial will follow in Pisgah Cemetery.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James McDaniel; parents, Dona and John Holt; brothers, Kenny, Dole, Milo and Earl Holt; sisters, Jewel West and Geneva McDaniel.

Survivors include her son, Keith McDaniel (Charlette); daughter, Anita McDaniel Boudoin (Roy); grandchildren, Diana Boudoin, Kristin McDaniel (Pam), Melissa Boudoin and Adam McDaniel (Misty) and seven great-grandchildren.

Serving as pallbearers will be Jerry McDaniel, Dwayne Ringelstein, Kristin McDaniel, Adam McDaniel, Nicholas Boudoin and Isaiah Boudoin.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to Underwood Baptist Church.
