John David Richardson, II, 41, of Florence, passed away May 23, 2015 at E.C.M. Hospital after a brief illness. He was a member of The River Family Worship; Former Reserve Deputy of Lauderdale County; enjoyed restoration of Antique Cars, Gas Pumps, and Vending Machines; and he was a co-owner of Two Guys Auto Body Supplies.
Visitation was last evening at Greenview Funeral Home. The funeral service will today, Monday, May 25, 2015 at 11 a.m. at Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church with Bob Gulley officiating. The body will be placed in the church one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow in Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
Mr. Richardson was preceded in death by his mother, Glenda Richardson; grandparents, John and Lorena Butler, Horace and Polly Richardson.
He is survived by his wife, Dena Harper Richardson; son, Joseph Richardson; father, John David Richardson; mother and father-in-law, Charlotte and Doug Harper; sister, Kelley Hodges (Vic); niece, Victoria Hodges; nephews, Eli and Zach Hodges.
Active pallbearers will be, Chad Smith, Richard Hale, Joey Riley, Jason Russell, Roger Sherow, and Steven Borden.
Honorary pallbearers will be Johnny Burns, Colt Weems, Eric Reid, Jeff Richardson, and Members of the Lauderdale County Sherriff’s Department.
