Irene Thigpen

Irene Thigpen, 85, of Florence, passed away February 24, 2018. She was a member of Stony Point Church of Christ.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, February 27, 2018 from 10-12 Noon at Greenview Funeral Home. The funeral service will begin at 12 Noon in Greenview Memorial Chapel with Brad Adcock officiating. Burial will follow in Tri-Cities Memorial Gardens.

Mrs. Thigpen was preceded in death by her husband, John Thigpen; son, Allen Thigpen; and a brother, Billy Morris.

She is survived by her daughter, Becky Harrison (Chuck); sister, Jackie Fox; and sisters-in-law, Elizabeth Thigpen, Martha Bass, Dorothy McCanless, and Mary Fowler (Phillip).

Pallbearers will be Greg McCanless, Kevin McCanless, Adam McCanless, Lane McCanless, Phillip Fowler, Jacob Fowler, and Vance Traffanstedt.
