Edna Graham

Edna K. Graham, 94, passed away October 8, 2015 after a short stay at Mitchell Hollingsworth. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church; Eastern Star, Reeder Grove Garden Club, and the Florence Country Club. Edna was a 65-year resident of Florence. She loved the river and was an avid fisherwoman. Edna became an active golfer later in life at the Florence Country Club and traveled with groups to senior ladies tournaments at other clubs. Her house was the gathering place for neighborhood boys where she was a mentor from Cub Scouts through high school.

Visitation will be Sunday, October 11, 2015 from 5 – 7 p.m. at Greenview Funeral Home. The funeral service will be Monday, October 12, 2015 at 10 a.m. in Greenview Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Robert Sparkman officiating. Burial will follow in Greenview Memorial Park.

Mrs. Graham was preceded in death by her husband, L.A. Graham; brother; three sisters; parents, William and Jess Krouse.

She is survived by her son, Terry A. Graham of Sandy Spring, GA; daughter, Sherry A. Fisher of Austin, TX; grandchildren, Hayden Mugford, Brenden Fisher, Ryan, Sean, and Tyler Graham; great-grandchildren, Garrett and Henley Mugford.

The family would like to extend a special thanks to Dr. William Hobbs, Hill Top Assisted Living, Mitchell Hollingsworth, and caregivers, Karen Spence and Chris Hollis.

In lieu of flowers, memorial may be made to the First United Methodist Church of Florence.
