Mrs. Ann Laverne Johnson Hopper, 91, of Florence, passed away December 11, 2017. She was a member of Highland Baptist Church.
Visitation will be Sunday, December 17, 2017 from 1-2 p.m. at Greenview Funeral Home. A graveside service will begin at 2 p.m. in Greenview Memorial Park with Rev. Chris Underwood officiating.
Mrs. Hopper was preceded in death by her husband, Jamie Ray Hopper; parents, Joseph and Ludie Johnson; brothers, Lawrence, Leonard, Lester, and Leon Johnson.
She is survived by her son, David Brian Hopper; daughters, Teresa Gail Hopper Ims, Patricia Ann Hopper Jackson, and Jamie Lynn Hopper Covington; grandchildren, Bailey Jackson, Laura Smyer, Sarah Fillingin, Missy Smith, Jeremy Ims, Jessica Ims, Joey Hopper, and Davis Hopper; and 4 great-grandchildren.
Active pallbearers will include: Charles Jackson, Chris Covington, Bailey Jackson, Joey Hopper, Colby Fillingin, Brandon Mitchell, and Jeremy Ims.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to her nephew and honorary pallbearer, Joe Johnson.
