Sherry McGee Obituary
Sherry Diane McGee, 63, of Florence, passed away peacefully, April 10, 2024 at her residence with her family by her side.
Visitation will be Sunday, April 14, 2024 from 6-8 p.m. at Greenview Funeral Home. The funeral service will be Monday, April 15, 2024 at Woodlawn Church of Christ at 2 p.m. Officiating will be Matt Heupel and Wayne Wood. The casket will be placed in the church two hours prior to the service. Burial will follow in Jessie’s Garden.
Sherry was preceded in death by her dad, Glenn Russell Killen.
She is survived by her mother, Doris Faye Killen; son, Robin Shane McGee; brother, Johnny Lewis Fielder, Jr.; sister, Charlotte Parker; niece and nephew, Jamie Glenn Killen (Rachel) and Heather Sheree Fielder; and great-nephews, Beckett, Walker and Ledger Killen.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to Robin, Kesha, and Colton with Preferred Hospice and to all the staff at Florence Nursing and Rehab, and Mitchell Hollingsworth for their care of Sherry.
Pallbearers will be Jamie Killen, Beckett Killen, Robert Creasy, Farrin Farris, Billy Burns, and Larry Olive.
